This path will cover the entire BIM project lifecycle and provide you with the knowledge and skills required to manage BIM-based information flow at each project phase. In addition, you will learn how the BIM process has been transitioned in alignment and integration to the international ISO 19650 standards.
You will learn about each step of the process, the function and activities, and those responsible for their implementation.
The BIM management path is structured into eight courses based on the information management processes defined within the ISO 19650 series and collaboration practice during the delivery phase of assets.
Each course finishes with an action plan to help you start planning your next steps in putting ISO-19650 into practice in your organization or project.
In this path, you will need strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams and facilitate BIM workflows. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
